NeatSign is a web-based digital signature creation tool that allows users to:
- Create digital signatures by drawing or typing
- Customize signature appearance (color, thickness, fonts)
- Download signatures as PNG or SVG files, or copy them to the clipboard
- Use the service for personal and professional purposes
3. User Responsibilities
By using NeatSign, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not create signatures for fraudulent or misleading purposes
- Not attempt to compromise the security of the service
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not use automated tools to access the service excessively
4. Intellectual Property
Regarding intellectual property rights:
- Your Signatures: You retain full ownership of signatures you create using our service
- Service Content: The NeatSign interface, design, and functionality are protected by copyright
- Fonts: Font usage is subject to their respective licenses

- We do not store or have access to your signatures

6. Service Availability

7. Limitation of Liability
NeatSign and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, signatures, or work product
- Interruptions or errors in service
- Any misuse of signatures created through the service
8. Legal Compliance
NeatSign generates signature images. Such an image can serve as one component of a legally valid electronic signature under laws such as the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA; legal validity depends on the consent, intent, and process surrounding the signed document — not on the image itself. NeatSign does not manage that surrounding process (identity verification, audit trails, or document workflows), and users are responsible for ensuring their use of digital signatures complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. 9. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Creating signatures to impersonate others
- Using the service for fraudulent activities
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the service
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
